Terms of Reference

  1. Register of new students according to the college registration system.
  2.  Announce the academic and semester examination schedules in coordination with the relevant departments.
  3.  Save student records, marks, statements, certificates and documents related to them.
  4.  Complete the registration of courses for female students at the beginning of each semester according to the regulations in force in the college.
  5.  Calculate the marks at the end of each semester and issue grade.
  6. Organize data and issue the statistical data.
  7. Follow up on the academic status of students who are postponed and drop out of studies (female students issues).
  8. Issue the final graduate lists and submit them to the deputy dean for necessary action.
  9. Coordinate with the Unified Admission Center at the Ministry of Higher Education.
  10. Issue the university cards.
  11. Prepare the graduate and bank statements of female graduates and send them to the Ministry and the University of Engagement
  12. Any other relevant matters assigned to him by the dean or his deputy.
