Terms of Reference

  1. Provide books, educational resources and databases to support academic courses
  2.  Provide access to sources of information wherever they are found.
  3. Collect resources in various forms and qualify them to be in harmony with the college's programs and contribute to support the various aspects of the academic college: teaching, training, research, and services.
  4. Help college teachers, employees, and students in identifying sources of information and using them effectively.
  5. Enrich and update book collections in order to respond to the programs offered at the college.
  6. Follow up the maintenance of the library's tanks and resources and qualify the information infrastructure and maintain it in order to improve the quality of services.
  7. Provide access to office resources and servers through electronic resources and the Internet.
  8. Work closely with users and define their needs and interests.
  9. Lay down the annual plan for developing the library works and the necessary budget for that.
  10. Lend books and scientific references to the college’s teachers and students and follow up the retrieval process.
  11.  Enhance awareness of the information field, especially among students, by preparing practical plans which aim to improve students' ability to access to information in an effective, useful and legal way.
  12. Prepare the annual plan and report of the Center.
  13.  Carry out any other relevant matters assigned to him by the dean or his deputy.
