Department's terms of reference

  1. Preparing the annual plan to welcome the new students in housing and providing them with the needs and work to prepare the internal housing environment to achieve comfortable accommodation for students.
  2. Providing advice to students regarding work requirements after graduation and coordinate to set up courses to familiarize them with the requirements for appointment (interview, CV writing, etc.).
  3. Studying the needs of the labor market and coordinate with the various departments to ensure the training of students or the appointment of graduates.
  4. Following-up the graduates to take advantage of the services provided to them by the college after graduation, maintaining records of their place of appointment and following-up with employers to know their views on the graduate's efficiency and performance.
  1. Holding exhibitions and events with the participation of the various departments of the government and private sectors to arrange the reservation of job seats for students.
  2. Preparing the annual report (supported by various statistics) on the various events and outstanding problems and proposals to solve them.
  3. Participating in communicating with female graduates to prepare arrangements for their graduation with the specialized committee
  4. Any other related works assigned to him by the dean or his deputies.
