Preparing Agreements:

Maintenance:
1. Maintenance of college buildings (college buildings - Al Ghubra residential building - Al Ghubra residential and commercial building).
2. Maintenance of air conditioners - extinguishers - water pumps - sewage water - cars - computer furniture and accessories, elevators, means of transportation).

Follow up:
1. Following up the daily movement of drivers, correspondents and cleaners in the college.
2. Receiving and following-up the student transfer requests (training - graduation projects - banks - scientific and recreational trips).
3. Follow up on the investment company to obtain bills (electricity - water - landline phone - the Internet) and prepare them for exchange after reviewing them with specialists and making sure of their validity.
4. Delivering bank mail and supplying the amounts entrusted to the financial affairs department to the bank.
5. Providing a full statement of the amounts disbursed from the cash advance granted to the department to revise it and be approved by the head of the Services, Supplies and Security Department.

Requests:
1. Organizing and purchasing supplies and special needs for all college departments.
2. Receiving the needed requests (purchase - service performance - stationery and office tools - transfer permits for female students) from all departments of the college and follow up their implementation in accordance with the regulations and laws followed in the college.
3. Compile department needs requests and implement them in a timely manner.
4. Make a monthly inventory of the requests that have been implemented, and prepare the required statements that clarify this
